BioAlma Guyton is a ceramic artist from Apopka, Florida. She graduated from the University of Florida with a BFA with a concentration of Ceramics in May 2015. Alma focuses on the female figure and employs solid building and hollowing methods to construct her life-size sculptures.
Alma attended the ASPN program at Red Lodge Clay Center and a workshop at Anderson Ranch . She has exhibited work in several university settings. Such as a BFA group exhibition at Icehouse Gallery and a collaborative project at the Harn Museum of Art. |
